Alex Sepehri-Nik and Steve Roberts founded Arqueiro.

Steve joined ON Telecom, where he was one of the founding members (at the time, the largest fixed-wireless operator in the State of São Paulo), managing the rollout of their fixed 4G services.

Before Arqueiro, Steve was one of the founding members of ON Telecom (a fixed-wireless operator in the State of São Paulo) and served as Project Director for the launch of its fixed 4G services. Within eight months of the first ever 4G connection, a call was placed from a residential customer of ON Telecom in the city of Campinas, Brazil, to the offices of George Soros, ON Telecom's principal investor in New York.

CMO - VP of Sales and Marketing

Paulo Freitas has 28 years of experience (1995 - Present) in several business areas in the national and international telecommunications market, such as engineering, operations, sales, and marketing. Recently working in the commercial area, he was Director of Sales & Marketing at Skysites, Senior Manager of Sales and Marketing at American Tower, KAM at RFS, and Country Manager at Samsung; in the technical area, he worked as an Snr Project Manager at Claro and as a senior engineer at Nortel Networks.

Arqueiro Telecom Head Office is in Hortolândia with offices in São Paulo Capital and Poços de Caldas. It intends to be the leading "Capacity, Management Provider and Integrator" in delivering quality communication capability for wireless broadband and innovations for telecommunications, enterprises, governments, and private sector customers.
